If you are not home for the delivery, you will be left a slip to collect your parcel at your nearest post office.

Most items will ship within 3-5 business days but could take up to 7 business days due to the high volume of orders we receive.

Orders placed after Friday 4PM will be processed the following Monday.

If you place an order using PayPal e-check, your order will be shipped out after the payment clears.

Please check all personal and postage details (phone number, email, door number, etc.) when completing your order. We do not take responsibility for stolen or missing packages.

Yes-we do offer express shipping options for certain products. The cost will vary depending on your state.

Yes - we offer international shipping! 

Items will be shipped from our warehouses in California.

For domestic orders, taxes are included in the product price.

For international orders, we do not charge taxes on our products. However, you will be responsible for any import duties or customs that your country may apply to your order.

You can’t amend your delivery information once you have placed your order. 

If you need to change your shipping address, please inform us within 4 hours of placing your order. In the event that the item has already shipped, additional re-delivery fees will apply to resend it to your correct address. 

We will only be able to arrange for redelivery when the parcel is successfully shipped back to us.

Please note that you do not have the option to cancel your order and get a refund if the item has already left our warehouse.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours from the time you submitted your order. 

In the case of a cancellation, please let us know the reason for the cancellation so we can address your concern. For cancellations, we will only be able to provide a refund only if the order has not yet been shipped out from the warehouse.

Please note that refunds of this sort are subject to an 8% charge, due to the processing and transaction fees that are charged by our payment gateway.

Prices indicated are in USD by default.

If you live outside the USA, you may select your local currency.

Once your preferred store currency is selected, the product prices, checkout and payment will be in your selected currency.

Pieces to Shine is not liable in instances where parcels are stated as “delivered” or those that have gone missing due to likely reasons such as theft. A refund is not possible in this case. 

You may file a claims report with the shipping company or report this to your local law enforcement officers.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
